Whether it be to offer HUD-sponsored living arrangements to serve the lower income seniors or renovating original buildings onsite to better allow for rehabilitation services – Sunny Vista ensures every resident within all three communities feel valued.

With no entrance fee, Sunny Vista offers affordable, maintenance-free independent living apartments, beautiful and modern assisted living and memory support apartments, and private skilled nursing and rehabilitation suites in a state-of-the-art healthcare setting.
