Every member of The Retreat’s well-trained 24/7 nursing staff is endowed with three special qualities: extensive experience, gentle bedside manner, and a fierce determination to see residents succeed. When you or your loved one live at The Retreat, rest assured, you’ll be in very capable hands.

The Retreat features two outstanding dining venues in the assisted living neighborhood. Whether enjoying a full-service dining experience in the Pike’s Peak restaurant or a casual meal in the Culebra Cafe, the chef-prepared cuisine is delicious, healthy and made with the finest quality ingredients. The Retreat’s elevated dining program infuses the “WOW” in every delightful morsel! Organic and local products are used in meal preparation as much as possible. Residents are also given lots of choices. Every day there are special soups, lunches, dinners and desserts from which residents can select.
Live action demonstrations are often held where residents can engage and delight in the cooking process. The culinary team can also provide special meals for big occasions, ladies’ and men’s lunches, and catering for a variety of events.
